The Lord God of heaven, who had made Himself known to Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, also revealed Himself to Jacob's descendants when He brought them out of Egypt. The Exodus is the account of God's amazing self-disclosure to His people and to the world concerning His presence and His attributes.
