As the mission of Jesus advances in the book of Acts we note the growing persecution of Jesus’ witnesses. Today we have all contemplated the growing threat of persecution for believers and wondered how we would respond if our lives or our families were threatened on account of our testimony for Christ. This text directly answers this question by assuring us of the divine resources we can rely on when we must suffer on behalf of Christ.
