In the face of false teaching that believers need something in addition to Christ for their spiritual stability, Paul insists that those who have come to Christ by faith need nothing more than Him. In this text, Paul demonstrates this truth by proclaiming the work of Christ for His church. Here we discover three magnificent accomplishments of Christ for us which provide the believer full security to live and serve eternally in the presence of the Father.
