Peter is telling us that reminders are crucial, vital parts of life of the people of God. I want us to understand this morning from Peter’s words how critical repetition of Christian truth is for us as believers. He gives two reasons why you need to be reminded of teachings you’ve heard before. Christians need reminders 1) because we must continue in the things we already know, and 2) because they wake us up.
