The second chapter of Acts marks a turning point in the history of God's kingdom. The era of the church is inaugurated with the coming of the Holy Spirit. The believer's were empowered, sent out and emboldened by the Holy Spirit. One of the greatest and most consistent results of being filled with the Holy Spirit is present in this passage - testifying for Jesus Christ.
